- A 24-year-old female with rolling and boxcar scars had failed multiple different procedures prior to in our clinic treatment. Her previous treatments included microneedling, cool peel CO2 and chemical peels. She underwent a single comprehensive scar session with the following protocol
- Jessner solution and 20% TCA chemical peel to the entire face
- Fine focus laser/full ablation using Fotona SP Dynamis around on the edges of box car and irregular mounds
- Tumescent anesthesia with Taylor liberator subcision
- Deka fractional CO2 laser 3 passes
- Punch excision of deeper scars and icepick scars
- She estimates about 60-70% improvement with a single session and can confidently walk out of the house without make-up, and no longer feels self-conscious
