Phone: Call Modernizing Medicine Billing Services at 855-564-6962 to pay over the phone. Be sure to provide the name of the practice: Craig Singer MD Dermatology PLLC. You will also need to provide your name, date of birth, credit card #, and the account number listed on the billing statement.
In person: You may visit the office of Craig Singer MD Dermatology PLLC to make a payment in person (cash, check, or credit card).
Mail: Please be sure to enclose your statement stub (top portion of your statement) and mail check or credit card payment to the payment address below. DO NOT MAIL CASH.
