A 27-year-old gentleman with severe icepick, boxcar, and rolling scars were treated with a single session comprehensive acne scar regimen using the following protocol:
- Medium depth peel to the entire face using Jessner and 20% TCA
- 100% TCA CROSS to icepick scars
- Fotona fine focus laser around the edges of boxcar scars and uneven mounds to blend the edges of scars
- Subcision using Taylor Liberator
- Deka CO2 laser fractional ablation three passes
- Punch excision of deeper scars
