Acne Scarring Before & After revision case 8
- A 35-year-old gentleman with moderate boxcar and rolling scars was treated with a single session comprehensive acne scar regimen with the following protocol:
- Medium depth peel to the entire face using Jessner and 20% TCA
- Fotona fine focus laser PS03x around the edges of boxcar scars and uneven mounds to blend the edges of scars
- Subcision with tumescent anesthesia using Taylor Liberator to cheeks and temples
- Fotona SP dynamis FS01 laser fractional ablation five passes
- Standard lighting and harsh lighting photos demonstrate significant improvement in overall scarring and texture. The pink/brown discoloration will completely fade over the next several months. The post photos were taken 2 months after the original procedure. Patient estimates 70% improvement in scarring in a single session
